Your Original Fine Art is 100% guaranteed with a 7-day, no questions asked exchange policy.

There is a 7 day no questions asked exchange policy on all Original Fine Art.

If the painting does not work out as you had hoped, we are happy to accept an exchange. You will receive a credit toward any other existing John Napoli Original Fine Art or commission. To request an exchange, email info@JohnNapoliFineArt.com within 7 days of receipt. John Napoli Fine Art does not cover the cost of outgoing or return shipping on exchanges.

Shortly after you have completed checking out on the website we will provide you with a shipping date and tracking number.

Domestic and Canadian orders will ship via UPS Ground or UPS Freight, depending on the painting’s size.

Your painting will be carefully packed and shipped with full insurance.

Due to the varying size and complexity of these pieces, approaches to shipping will vary. In some cases the work will be hand delivered and installed by the artist, in some cases the work will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. We are here to answer any questions you may have! Shortly after you have completed checking out on the website, we will contact you to arrange the shipping and installation details.

COMMISSIONED WORK:

Please contact us for arranging a commissioned work and we will work with you on purchasing, shipping and installation details for your specific project to your satisfaction.

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for visiting JohnNapoliFineArt (the “Site”,”we” “us” “our”). Your use of the Site indicates that you have read, understood and agree to these terms of use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. We may modify the Terms from time to time without notice to you.

However, due to the nature of the internet, occasional glitches, service interruptions or mistakes may cause inaccuracies to appear on the Site. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions in the availability of the Site may occur from time to time as normal events. Also, we may decide to cease making available the Site or any portion of the Site at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances will JohnNapoliFineArt be held liable for any damages due to such interruptions or lack of availability.

PURCHASING
We use Authorize.Net as our third party service provider for payment services such as credit card acceptance and merchant settlement. By using any of these payment services in connection with the Site, you agree to be bound by Authorize.Net Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and you consent and authorize us to delegate the authorizations and share the information you provide to us with Authorize.net to the extent required to provide payment services to you.

INTERNATIONAL USE
We control and operate the Site from our offices in the United States of America, and all information is processed within the United States. We do not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any claim or dispute with JohnNapoliFineArt relating in any way to your use of the Site resides in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of New Jersey. In addition, you expressly waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding against JohnNapoliFineArt its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or successors under or related to these Terms. Any claim or cause of action you have with respect to use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises.

Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to JohnNapoliFineArt must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. The Terms & Conditions insure to the benefit of JohnNapoliFineArt’s successors, assigns and licensees. The section titles in the Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect
